The intermediate of NANOMET ROOF SHEET paint, acetaldehyde solution, din-propylamine and methanol were mixed evenly. After the reaction for 7h, the methanol was removed by distillation at the rotating speed of 200r/min and the temperature of 75℃. The intermediate, n-butanol and sodium methanol solution were added again at 95℃. After 12 hours of reaction, the intermediate is prepared,
The intermediates, n-bromosuccimide, benzoyl peroxide and carbon tetrachloride were added to the reaction kettle at 90℃ for 10h to prepare the intermediates of NANOMET ROOF SHEET paint. The intermediate, 1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethylpiperidol,n, n-dimethylformamide and cupric sulfate were mixed evenly. After reaction for 10h at 200r/min and 150℃, the filter slag was removed.
The filtrate was distilled to remove the solvent, the substrate, potassium carbonate, deionized water and tetraethyl ammonium bromide were added to the reactor, the reflux reaction was carried out for 3h, and the intermediate was prepared. The 4-methyl-2-nitroaniline, concentrated hydrochloric acid and deionized water were mixed evenly, and the sodium nitrite aqueous solution was added after stirring for 1h at the temperature of 5℃ at the rotation speed of 200r/min. The diazo liquid of NANOMET ROOF SHEET paint was prepared by adjusting ph value to 8 after reaction for 1h.
